THE AIMS & PRINCIPLES OF THE CAB SERVICE

To ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities, or of the services available to them, or through an inability to express their needs effectively and to exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services both locally and nationally.

WHAT AREAS DO WE COVER?

The bureau provides information, advice in the following areas including:-
 

  Debt   Help with all aspect of debt problems
  Consumer   Contracts and returning of goods
  Benefit   Appeals and Representation
  Housing   Rent , Tenancies and help to both landlords and tenants 
  Employment    Help with unfair/wrongful dismissal, under/non payment
  and Industrial Tribunals
  Legal   Help with all aspect of legal queries
  Other   Education, Health care, Tax, Separation, Children,
  Immigration, etc.
