E MAIL ENQUIRY SERVICE

INTRODUCTION TO E-MAIL ENQUIRES

Cheltenham, Cirencester & Tewkesbury CAB offers an e-mail enquiry service to supplement its other bureau services providing advice to enquires in person and by phone.

The e-mail service is only available to clients that live in Cheltenham Borough, Tewkesbury Borough and Cotswold District, and is designed to assist clients who would find it difficult to visit, or ring the bureau, during the hours that the bureau is open.

Clients should understand that this is not an interactive service, and the advice provided is based on the information supplied, because our advisors are unable to run  through further questions that may be needed to ensure that the best possible advice is given.  It is often difficult for our advisors to proceed, as the possibility of missing information may seriously affect the advice that may have been given.  For this reason, the advice given may be limited to a recommendation to contact your local bureau, or limited to general information that would be applicable in most circumstances.

Please note that the demand on this service means we are currently taking 2 -3 weeks to provide replies to your queries in appropriate detail.

HOW TO MAKE AN ENQUIRY

 

1	Please provide details of your name, address, postcode, gender, and age (if you do not provide these details, we may not be able to answer your enquiry).
2	Please provide as much relevant information as possible regarding your query.
3	Please let us know if the enquiry is for you personally or an acquaintance.
4	Please do not attach any documents or other files as our virus protection system may remove them.
5	Send e-mails to: advice@cheltenhamcab.org.uk
6	Please note that unless you state to the contrary, the bureau will keep a  confidential record of your enquiry.
