AIMS
The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.
The service aims:
OUR OBJECTIVES
To provide independent, confidential, impartial and free advice to everybody who seeks it and in doing so encourage people to resolve their own problems and to ensure the service is available to any disadvantaged groups who may have difficulty accessing the service.
SERVICE DELIVERY
The CAB provides a generalist advice service to anyone on almost any subject and if an adviser can not help then a referral can often be made to another agency.
Generalist advice services are available through the Cheltenham, Cirencester & Tewkesbury offices as well as our - outreach services.
In the Cheltenham CAB office all interview facilities are on the ground floor, there are however three small steps at the entrance to the Bureau. The Cirencester & Tewkesbury offices have full disabled access.
We are able to arrange home visiting services for those who, for whatever reason, genuinely cannot come into the bureaux.
THIS IS A FREE, CONFIDENTIAL, INDEPENDENT SERVICE
